Eligibility for Returns
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
a. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept returns and provide you with a replacement or a refund. To initiate the return process, we kindly request that you send us an opening video proof clearly demonstrating the defect or damage with AWB number. Please email the video to [email protected] along with your order details.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order details, a description of the issue, and attach the opening video proof of the defect or damage with AWB number.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization. Please do not send any items back to us without obtaining a return authorization.
- Secure Packaging: To ensure the safe return of the product, please package it securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include all original accessories and documentation.
- Shipment: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon by our customer support team.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect or damage, we will process your refund or replacement as follows:
a. Refund: If you opt for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
b. Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. The replacement will be processed and shipped within 15-30 days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
a. Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized specifically for you cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged.
b. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
